something serious at stake....

IPL.....a captivating name in itself and riding over india's mind for a period of more than a month seems bringing more colours of life to cricket lovers who can be found at their feet at a single call. It does bring with it the fast and furious face of this fantastic game but at the cost of something which is very serious and relates to those who stand the most prone to it......the YOUNG INDIA.....I feel that this so called festival ends up being more of a distraction for the student community than anything else provided the talk revolves within the circumference of the earlier defined context......the board exams were on, the competitive exams are on their way, colleges are at the verge of landing into the sea of exams....being very straight forward, the cricket board knows only to make money and it hardly bothers about its outcomes which not felt with the right intensity are only going to turn more pressing....
